For continuation further negotiations on the part of Buyer necessary to give:
1. Indicate the history of the enterprise of the Buyer(since moment of the registrations and on present time, with instruction exact requisition).
2. Confirm the possibility of the export their own tanker.
3. Confirm of interest volume of the bulk purchase to oils(at month, year) and period of the possible conclusion of agreement(from 1year before 5 years).
